Many organisations have Project Managers and Project Office staff with a range of experience and ability. Some Core Consulting Group provides training in all aspects of Project Management, from "introductory" to "master classes" which focus on individual aspects of Project Management. We provide a diverse selection of training from mainstream tools such as Microsoft Project to soft skills development such as leadership, engagement, communication and influencing. We work with you to develop specific programs to meet your needs. Our training delivery is flexible and works around your team's availability. We design and implement mentoring programs for Project Managers and Project Office staff. These programs are focused on performance improvement and aim to address staff development through a coaching rather than a line management model. Our training structure is modular so it can be used to address specific problems fast and effectively. Core Consulting Group also offers formal assessment services for Project Practitioners, Project Managers and Project Directors. We assess against the National Competency Standards for Project Management. Such assessments allow staff to be accredited to the Australian Institute of Project Management CPPP, CPPM and CPPD levels. |
